Participants will be organized into groups led by partners who will advise them, and each entrepreneur will be assigned a mentor who will guide them throughout the program

LPBI offers a two-year program consisting of two types of 12 session training sessions. One is a consecutive 12-week program where sessions are held once a week for 12 weeks. The other is a consecutive 9-day program, these sessions are held daily.

The Programme

Equip - To equip purpose-driven entrepreneurs (founders) to use their vision, skills, and passion to change the economic narrative.

Provide - To provide the necessary resources and guidance to nurture entrepreneurs who love Jesus and have a heart to give back to their communities.

Guide - To walk with individuals who have dreams and goals of owning their own business, less for economic gain, but to change the economic trajectory of the families and communities

Mission

Launch Pad is the catalyst for loosening the grip of economic and mental poverty in our rural communities. Our goal is to educate, empower, and increase knowledge. We aim to help entrepreneurs plan and execute successful businesses.

Our heart is to encourage individuals and entrepreneurs to see business as a means to educate themselves and the tools that will allow them to be successful in their business and as a means to serve others and positively impact others.
